When purchasing via House 2 Home Moorebank's Online Store, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We kindly ask that you ensure you are confident in your selection before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can email us at admin@house2home.net.au with the subject line including your order number and full name, along with clear imagery and a description of the fault.
All items undergo a thorough quality control inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards. Our team is always available to assist with any product queries or styling advice before your purchase.
If your faulty return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
